1. Install Remote trouble shooting system on each printing press we produced. So our technician team is able to check and solve some of common trouble happened in customer’s plant from China.
2. Provide full set of wearable and consumable parts together with the machine which is enough for one(1) year consumption
3. Promise our engineers can get to customer’s plant in three(3) days if it’s necessary.
4. Assign engineer to customer’s company for regular maintenance at the first two years. Customers only pay the tickets and accommodations after the first two years if they need.
